As part of the Fit For Life program, we visited several schools in the capital and in the countryside, where we gave interactive presentations to students and teachers in combined lessons (2 x 45 minutes) on the following topics:

– A new perspective on the concept of self-defence

– Nonviolent self-defence in schools

– Prevention: Early detection of dangerous situations

– How to mark your boundaries

– How to defend yourself and others.
